Optimise Youth

October 1 @ 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

This is a 45-minute slot to help young adults with their own training goals.  Specific technique tutorials, training advice and small group training will help young people meet their personal exercise goals. Daniel will also be available afterwards to give some one-on-one support.

$10 per class or free for Fitness Centre members.  Bookings recommended. Visit the Fitness Centre calendar page to book.
