It’s Your Venue… Moutere Hills Community Centre
Is an idyllic location for Weddings, Conferences, Meeting and Social Gatherings. There is a large reception room with views across the sports fields to the Mount Arthur Ranges with a fully licensed bar and commercial kitchen plus a sports hall and three other meetings spaces available.
A full programme of social, sporting and recreational activities. The home for Rangers Rugby, Football, Netball and Cricket Clubs, Upper Moutere Tennis Club and Upper Moutere Playgroup.
Community Fitness Centre
A stunning new Fitness Centre is now open, with state of the art equipment from America. Opening hours from 4am until 11pm. A variety of membership options are available including youth, 60+ and family.
We also offer a variety of exercise classes that are open to the community but free for fitness centre members. To view all current classes on offer please Click Here
FITNESS CENTRE CLASSES FOR TERM 1:
Classes are free for Fitness Centre Members or cost $5 per class for non-members:
RE-ACTIVATE
A low impact class suitable for all abilities. Parents are welcome to bring children along; playroom will be open.
Mondays 9:30—10:15am / Thursdays 6.00—6.45pm
BOX’N & BURN
Suitable for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. Exercises are non-contact and are time-based, to allow individuals to work to their own pace. Great for improving cardio fitness, as well as developing coordination and upper body strength. Includes; skipping, stretching, pad combinations with a partner, bag work, core exercises.
Tuesdays 6.00—6.45pm / Fridays 6.15—7.00am
METAFIT
High intensity interval training. Great for increasing metabolic rate and overall fitness.
Wednesdays 6.00—6.30pm / Fridays 9.00—9.30am
CORE FOUNDATIONS
Core, pelvic, hip and lower back strengthening using a functional approach.
Wednesdays 6.30—7.15pm / Fridays 9.30—10.00am
PURE ZUU
Catered for all levels and abilities of fitness, ZUU combines safe functional bodyweight primal movement patterns in a high intensity low impact interval training programe. Proven benefits for fat loss, strength gains, high end conditioning, increased mobility and injury prevention.
