Take your High Intensity Interval Training to the next level with new Speed, Agility and Quickness drills and training movements!
MetaPro is designed for ultra-small groups, meaning each session will cater for a maximum of 5 people at once. 4-week block (you must sign up and attend 1 session each Monday for 4 weeks). Cost of just $20 for 45 minutes per session! We have times available between 4:30pm-7:30pm and will run separate kids, youth and adult sessions if we have enough numbers.
