Join Kris in our Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact workout which is great for strengthening your muscles though controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability. This class will is not aimed at the beginner.
$10 casual, $60 for a 10 class concession card or free for fitness centre members.
