Take your High Intensity Interval Training to the next level with new Speed, Agility and Quickness drills and training movements in a small group! Round out the session with some core and pelvic strengthening to ensure you leave having worked your full body!

$12 casual, free for Fitness Centre members or concession cards available ($80 for 10 classes).
