MetaFit and Core with Cindus

Join Cindus for some high intensity interval training. This short-and-sweet class will leave your metabolic rate boosted for hours afterwards. All exercises are body-weight and time-based to allow individuals to work to their own pace. Then finish the class with a core and pelvic muscle workout.
$10 per person or free for Fitness Centre members. Concession cards available ($60 for 10 classes).
