Age Group Road National Championships
The Age Group Road National Championships are on 10-12 of April 2026 at Moutere Hills Community Centre in the Nelson / Tasman region, organised by Dynamo Events. This event is the premiere masters, age group and para cycling road event where all competitors represent their chosen club.
This year we will adding a new category to the event, Road Bike only Time Trial. There will be a separate section in the Time Trial for those who choose to ride their road bike. Check out the event details section for further info.
A big thank you to Symon Mitchell and the team at Tasman Wheelers Cycling Club for all their help and support with making this event happen in the South Island.

Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing updates about an upcoming national cycling event taking place from 10–12 April.
During this period, there will be:
A road closure on Kelling Road
Several stop/go traffic controls throughout the Moutere area
Some locations operating with signage only
I’ll be completing a letter drop tomorrow morning to the affected properties on Kelling Road, and I’ll also leave copies at the local shop. Further communication will follow as we progress through Council approvals.
