Notice of Annual General Meeting

Members are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Moutere Hills Community Centre Incorporated will be held on:

📍 In the Function Room at Moutere Hills Community Centre

Business of the Meeting will include:

• Presentation of the Annual Report and Financial Statements
• Election of Board Members

As per the MHCC constitution, two board member vacancies are open for election. Nomination for Board Member must be received by the secretary, Stephanie Drewery no later than 5pm on Tuesday 23^rd September. Nomination forms are available by emailing board@mouterehills.org.nz or in the MHCC office.

• Appointment of the Auditor
• Special Business                                                                                                           Adoption of the updated Constitution, as required under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The constitution can be reviewed on the Moutere Hills Community Centre website in the about us section:

Feedback about the proposed constitution needs to be directed to the board by emailing board@mouterehills.org.nz by 5pm on Tuesday 23^rd September 2025.

The updated constitution can be passed by a simple majority of registered members at the AGM.

All members are encouraged to attend.
