    Come along to a fun adult beginners Ballroom dance class.  Cha cha, samba, foxtrot, jive, waltz, rumba and more.  No partners necessary.  Beginner class is on from 6:30pm - 7:15pm and then an improver class from 7:00pm - 8:00pm $10 per class.     Join Kris in our Pilates class.  Pilates is a low-impact workout which is great for strengthening your muscles though controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability. Suitable for Beginners.  $12 casual, $80 for a 10 class concession card or free for fitness centre members.
