Join Kris in our new Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact workout which is great for strenthening your muscles though controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability. $10 casual, $60 for a 10 class concession card or free for fitness centre members.
Join in a fun session of Basketball. For all ability levels. Only $3 per session.
Join Adele for a strength and cardio workout. Includes skipping, partner glove and pad work (non-contact), bag work and core/ cardio training. $7 casual or free for Fitness Centre members.
