A chair based exercise class designed to improve mobility and build strength. After the session enjoy a relaxing cup of tea, a friendly catch-up with others, and once a month an inspiring guest speaker to support you stay active and able! Cost $5 per session or free for Fitness Centre members.

Join Fiona for some high intensity interval training. This short-and-sweet class will leave your metabolic rate boosted for hours afterwards. All exercises are body-weight and time-based to allow individuals to work to their own pace.
