Take your High Intensity Interval Training to the next level with new Speed, Agility and Quickness drills and training movements! Great for increased fitness and metabolic rate! This is a 4 week block (one classes each Monday for 4 weeks).
• MetaPro is designed for ultra-small groups, meaning more one-on-one instruction!
• A 4-week block running weekly on Mondays, from 20 July-24 August.
• Cost is just $20 for the 4 weeks.
• Advanced class: 5:30-6:15pm, Beginners class: 6:30-7:15pm
