An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Friday, repeating until December 18, 2020

Join Cindus for some high intensity interval training. This short-and-sweet class will leave your metabolic rate boosted for hours afterwards. All exercises are body-weight and time-based to allow individuals to work to their own pace. $7 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.

Bookings are essential. Visit the Fitness Centre calendar page to register.  Bookings close 2 hours prior to the class start time.
