Core Foundations with Cindus

Run by Cindus, this class focuses on core, pelvic, hip and lower back strengthening, using a functional approach. Exercises are mat based and includes stretching. Suitable for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. $7 per person or free for Fitness Centre members. Concession cards also available ($50 for 10 classes).
