A chair based exercise class designed to improve mobility and build strength. After the session enjoy a relaxing cup of tea, a friendly catch-up with others, and once a month an inspiring guest speaker to support you stay active and able! Cost $5 per session or free for Fitness Centre members.
Join Kris in our new Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact workout which is great for strenthening your muscles though controlled, repetitive movements, building muscular endurance and stability. $12 casual, $80 for a 10 class concession card or free for fitness centre members.
