NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Thursday 28 October at 7pm

6) Election of Board Members – Board Member nominees must be a resident in the wider Moutere Hills area. Nominations close on Monday 25 October at 3pm. Board Member nomination forms are available from the MHCC Secretary, Mark Simpson, phone 027 3095227 or email mark.simpson3368@xtra.co.nz
7) General Business – The following motion has been put forward: “That the MHCC fully
reinstate the “clubroom” /ex Rangers kitchen , to be the family room as it was up until mid 2020 , and give priority over its usage to the Upper Moutere Playgroup “.
