The Worx- Teen Training

-Designed for teenagers to learn how to correctly and safely use exercise equipment, lift weights and perform a range of exercises.

-Get answers to your health and fitness questions.

-Review and update of your training programme to reflect your progress.

Includes:

  • Fitness Centre Access for 8 weeks
  • A Training Programme tailored to your goals
  • Fitness and Nutrition Advice
  • 2 Group Training Sessions per week with our Fitness Centre Manager and Qualified Trainer, Adele

$50 or free for Fitness Centre members.
