An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until August 24, 2020

Take your High Intensity Interval Training to the next level with new Speed, Agility and Quickness drills and training movements! Great for increased fitness and metabolic rate! This is a 6 week block (one classes each Monday for 6 weeks).

• MetaPro is designed for ultra-small groups, meaning more one-on-one instruction!
• A 6-week block running weekly on Mondays, from 20 July-24 August.
• Cost is just $30 for the 6 weeks.
• Advanced class: 5:30-6:15pm, Beginners class: 6:30-7:15pm
