An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 20, 2019

Join Carol for some high intensity interval training. This short-and-sweet class will leave your metabolic rate boosted for hours afterwards. All exercises are body-weight and time-based to allow individuals to work to their own pace. $5 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.
