An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 20, 2017

Metafit is a bodyweight workout that gets big results.  Created by a former royal marine commando it combines the latest HITT training techniques with traditional old school bodyweight exercises to set your metabolism on fire.  This workout is guaranteed to boost your fitness, burn fat and get big results in the shortest amount of time.

$5 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.
