An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Friday, repeating until December 20, 2019

Run by Carol, this class focuses on core, pelvic, hip and lower back strengthening, using a functional approach. Exercises are mat based and includes stretching. Suitable for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. $5 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.
