An event every week that begins at 6:15am on Friday, repeating until December 20, 2019
Run by Adele, this class is suitable for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. All exercises are non-contact and are time-based to allow individuals to work to their own pace. Great for developing cardio fitness, as well as developing coordination and upper body strength. Includes; skipping, stretching, pad combinations with a partner, bag work and core exercises. $5 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.
