Join Adele for a social workout, designed to improve overall mobility and fitness through a functional fitness approach. This class is suitable for those just getting back into exercise or with a lower level of fitness or those who simply want to enjoy social interaction. All exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs and will be set to a level in which individuals determine their own exercise intensity. $5 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.
