An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 20, 2017
Core foundation exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and function for sport and in daily activities. This workout will incorporate, core stabilisation, muscular endurance, strength, balance, co-ordination and general well-being. $5 per person or free for Fitness Centre members.
