Shred for Summer

Our popular Shred for Summer programme is back for 2022.  This is an 8 week training programme that includes:

  • A personalised exercise programme
  • 2 x group fitness sessions per week (1 fitness class and 1 supervised gym session)
  • Regular support and advice from the programme instructor
  • Weekly fitness tips, nutrition advice and challenges
  • Option for pre and post programme body composition scans

Only $180 per person or $300 for a couple.

Runs from 25 October – 15 December.  Sessions times are Tuesday and Thursdays 7pm – 8pm.  Fitness Centre membership is in addition to programme costs and is not compulsory but highly recommended to ensure you get a full programme benefits.
