POST LOCKDOWN UNLEASH

SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMME.
Adele will be offering a 6 week programme which will include:
*  Two small- group training sessions per week (options for daytime/ evening sessions to suit)
*  Individualised training programmes to follow at-home or in the Fitness Centre
*  Weekly motivational emails, including health, wellbeing, fitness and nutrition information
Cost is just $50
