The Worx – Training for Teens

Lean how to correctly and safely use exercise equipment, lift weights and perform a range of exercises.  Get answers to your health and fitness questions.  Review and update of your training programme to reflect your progress.

For only $50 (free for existing Fitness Centre members) you can receive:

  •  Fitness Centre Access for 6 weeks
  • A Training Programme tailored to your goals
  • Fitness and Nutrition Advice
  • Two group training sessions per week with our Fitness Centre Manager and Qualified Trainer, Adele
  • A special discount for post-programme Fitness Centre Membership.

6 week programme:  30 May – 6 July.  Group sessions are Wednesday’s and Friday’s 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
