Holiday Programme – A First in the Moutere

Moutere HIlls Community Centre will be running their first ever school holiday programme 20th – 24th April, 8.30am – 3.30pm.
The programme will give local children (5-13 year olds) the chance to enjoy a week-long package of sports and cultural activities including tennis, hockey, soccer, rugby, basketball, art, drama and drumming to name but a few! Fancy shooting some hoops with one of the Nelson Giants? Or being creative with an award-winning artist? Pro-coaches and experts in the field will be coming to Upper Moutere to cater to all levels and abilities.
Whether you want to learn more or you’ve been keen to try something new, why not join us for the week and uncover some new found talents? We are offering a minimum staff/child ratio of 1: 8 throughout the programme and there will be 24 places available.

Thanks to the generosity of Community Organisation Grants Scheme (COGS), Tasman District Council and Creative Communities, our pilot programme will be heavily subsidised and available for just $75.00 per participant for the five days. Our full schedule of activities will be finalised and published soon. Download your enrollment form and parent information sheet here. Single day options may be available by arrangement. For further details please email us or call Vanessa or Michelle on 543 2516.

Please note: We are currently in the process of OSCAR affiliation and apologise that there will not be any WINZ support available for this programme. We hope to have full OSCAR approval by the next school holidays and therefore be eligible for family subsidies.
